Joseph Moseid is the founder and executive chef of Melt & Marrow, bringing over 15 years of experience in high-volume kitchens, fine dining, and luxury restaurant environments. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Joseph has honed his culinary skills working alongside James Beard Award-winning chefs at renowned venues such as Club 33 and Napa Rose.
With extensive expertise in culinary leadership, menu development, and operational excellence, Joseph created Melt & Marrow to provide chef-driven catering services for private events, dinner parties, corporate gatherings, and meal prep solutions.
